Greek Fest and Vaux's Gifts

Hey there, Portland. A little birdie told me that many of the Vaux’s swifts that used to put on a show at Chapman Elementary School have found new digs across the river at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Cathedral. Their spiraling roosting ritual is quite the spectacle — as are the folk dancers at the Portland Greek Festival. Let’s check them out!
