October 8, 2025 · — Rachel Monahan
Good morning, Portland! Our town is still front-and-center in national politics. But also the weather has been lovely, Halloween is coming, and it’s time to go looking for pumpkins 🎃

What's CITY Talking About?

Troop Deployment Updates

Ignore her and keep supporting the members of our community." [KOIN]

US Citizen Abducted by ICE
In what appears to be the first local case of a U.S. citizen abducted by ICE, a Milwaukie man named Frank Miranda says he was taken to the ICE facility after being followed by an unmarked car to his work site. [Willamette Week]

Bike Bus Wins Over Another Celebrity
