Gov. Tina Kotek set an ambitious goal for Oregon to build 36,000 new homes a year, as part of an effort to bring down housing costs by meeting demand. But current forecasts predict 20,00 to 25,000 new homes a year by the end of her four-year term. [Oregonian 🔒]
