From longtime favorites closing to new ones rising, here’s what’s happening in Portland’s food and drink scene this week.

Scandals announced it is closing Sept. 21 after 46 years on Southwest Harvey Milk Street. The nightclub said in a social media post that it plans to open a “family friendly” version in Northeast Alberta. [Portland Business Journal 🔒]
